Selkirk Area FAQ
- Do I need to come to Winnipeg for lessons?
- No! We come to you in Selkirk. You can learn entirely on the roads where you will take your test.
- Is the Selkirk road test easier than Winnipeg?
- It's different, not necessarily easier. You encounter less heavy traffic, but higher speeds and uncontrolled intersections require excellent judgment.
- Do you teach winter driving on highways?
- Yes. Highway 9 can be prone to drifting snow and ice. We teach you how to stay safe in these open conditions.
- How long are lessons for Selkirk students?
- We recommend 1.5 or 2-hour lessons to ensure we have enough time to cover both town maneuvers and highway practice without rushing.
